Welcome to CS Planning

CS Planning is a newly established planning consultancy, based in Plymouth, Devon, run by Cheryl Stansbury.

Having worked in the planning profession since 2003, I have a wide range of experience and knowledge of many local planning authorities across the South West, including Dartmoor National Park, South Hams, West Devon and Teignbridge.

As a fully Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI), I provide professional, policy-backed representation for homeowners, landowners, businesses, and commercial developers throughout Devon and Cornwall, helping you mitigate risk, avoid costly enforcement issues, and find a clear path to approval.

• I have a Natural England “Bat License” and I am able to carry out ecology surveys that might be needed to accompany your planning application.

• With a background in horticulture and a first degree in Environmental Science, I aim to run my practice as sustainably as possible. For every new instruction that progress to the submission of a planning application, I make a donation to tree planting (either Plymouth Tree People for projects in Plymouth or the Woodland Trust for projects elsewhere).
